SHIPPING
We ship via USPS with rates calculated by weight. Typical handling time is 1-3 days, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Standard and Priority Mail shipping options are available at checkout. Please contact us if you would like any additional services.

After your purchase, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number. Please wait 24 hours from this confirmation before inquiring about a package as there may be a delay before the printing and scanning of the label.

All orders are shipped from Tallahassee, Florida (32317).

International
All international orders include limited tracking but no guaranteed delivery date. USPS international tracking can take a few days to show up in the system, and not all countries' postal services keep this information updated, so tracking on international orders may be missing or incomplete.

Additional services may be requested via email prior to your order.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please be aware that there may be delays due to customs.



EXCHANGES
Due to the limited quantities of our items, exchanges can be made only in the case of shop error (i.e. you're sent the wrong item or an item that is faulty). 

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at contact@wideeyeddesigns.com within 10 days of receiving the package with all relevant information. We cannot guarantee an exact copy of an item, as most of our products are original and made by hand.

Items must be shipped back in the condition in which they were received.

Please note additional shipping charges may apply, and will be responsibility of the customer.


RETURNS
If you would like to return an item, please email us at contact@wideeyeddesigns.com within one week of receiving the package & include your order number in the subject. The item(s) must be in unused condition.


The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless item received is damaged) - please make sure to package your item properly to prevent any damage on its way back to us so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.


If any of your items you receive are damaged, please send us an email with a photo and brief description of the damage. We will get back to you as soon as possible to work with you to fix your order.


Refunds will be credited back to your account in the original payment method, about 3 days after we process the return.
